This is the most popular plan that is followed by most.

You will be eating 6 times a day (every 2-3 hours) starting within 45 minutes of waking up and ending before going to bed. These meals will consist of 5 Optavia® Fuelings plus 1 Lean & Green meal. This is a meal that you prepare. In addition you will drink at least 100 oz of water per day.

Will I be able to eat out on this plan? the answer is YES you will! You will want to plan it so that your 1 Lean and Green Meal is your meal out and you will want to follow the eating out guidelines.
