Health – Fitness – Exercise

5 & 1 Exercise Plan

Exercise is not recommended on this plan until you have reached your goal weight, but here are some simple things you can do while on the 5 & 1 Plan.

4 & 2 Exercise Plan

This plan is for those individuals that get a medium amount of Exercise already. Extreme Exercise is not recommended on this plan until after you have reached your goal weight.

Maintenance Exercise Plan

Once you have reached your goal weight and you are transitioning to maintenance you will want to start exercising. Here are some exercise plans you may want to consider.

Water Consumption

It is important that you drink enough water. You should be drinking a minimum of 100 Ounces of water per day.
